I don’t know these people. . .  but I know them.  They are my brothers and sisters in Christ.  No, I couldn’t even tell you most of their last names. . .  but there is a connection that runs deeper than most life long relationships.  When God is in the equation, it changes everything.

It’s always a little difficult for me to get out the door, but in a blink our hour is over and I am in the car rejoicing and giving God all the praise and glory.  Thanking HIM for this opportunity.  Thanking HIM for these people.  They don’t know it, but I treasure them.  They are helping me grow spiritually.  They are helping me be BOLD.

What an awesome best friend I have who rushes home to make sure I get out the door for this hour of uncertainty.  He’s awesome.  I love him.

Sometimes, it’s just an hour away. . .  sometimes lives are saved.

Monday, we received news that someone the group had spoken with sometime back, was found dead.  I could see the disappointment and surprise on a sweet burdened face.  That’s what’s out here.  It’s sad.  We watched  police swarm in and a baby was taken away from two ladies.  Your heart breaks.  Once again, the group was able to pray for a lady who willingly came out and shared her needs. . .  the unborn baby growing inside.  Another gives hope with her sweet smile and enthusiasm for a better life.  All around I see what I believe Paul talks about in  Ephesians 6:12.  I could just imagine the enemy swirling around that motel trying to keep anything from penetrating its hold on these people.

A ray of Light. . .   we were given news of a rescue that had taken place over the weekend.  She was a little bruised up, but she was safe.  She wanted help.  Someone had planted a seed.  After a little rain and The SON. . .  THE love began to grow.  That’s what Mondays are all about. . .  planting seeds.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.  Galations 6:9 NIV

Hiding HIS Word in my heart . . .
