We believe that the family has been part of God's plan and desire from the beginning... holding great purpose for human kind. That sounds a little deep, but we know that strong christian families are critical building blocks and should be valued, nurtured and protected. I am extremely passionate and intentional with my family... I love my crazy crew! I hope we can bring you a bit of encouragement and even a good laugh through the adventure of everyday.
Twenty three years ago... I can’t say that a missional marriage was our focus as we gazed at one another, sealing a contract with “I Do”.
But I will tell you that all these years later we know and understand that our marriage reveals the Gospel that we believe. We are passionate in sharing the truth that binds us to one another. We hope you will be encouraged and inspired by our valleys, our mountain tops and the God who meets with us there and everywhere in between.
Home is my wheelhouse and where my greatest mission takes place. Creating an environment where my people can feel safe, be nurtured, discipled, grow and thrive is the heart for our home. That can look like a lot of things and we share a good bit of it here! I hope it inspires and encourages you in your journey of motherhood.
My family places a high value on travel, knowing that adventure gives great opportunity for us to grow as a family, strengthening bonds and creating lasting impressions of family. We love a good road trip, visiting National Parks, a path less traveled and hidden gems... We are excited to share our adventures with you and hope you join along!

Three thingsto know about me!
So much to share but in short...
We fell in love many moons ago and have loved each other for most of our lives. I gave him my heart in the fourth grade and asked the Lord to make him mine. Andy has been giving life to my dreams ever since. Together, we have seen mountain tops, the deepest valleys and everything in between. One thing I know, God has been faithful through it all. We made a covenant and have fought with everything in us to make it last... where we have fallen short, God has been more than faithful to meet us there.
This is our story...
my passion
FAMILY. I love my family. They are my passion. I think the greatest gift I could have ever given myself was the time we had together through homeschooling. Andy and I made choices and sacrifices to design a life that allowed us more time together. This desire and intention has thankfully created a culture within our family of togetherness.
Being with my people brings me so much JOY!

ABOVE ALL, AS CHRISTIANS, WE BELIEVE IN GOD AND THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.
We believe in God (Genesis 1:1). We believe there is only ONE God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe we are sinners in need of a Savior (Romans 3:23). We believe Jesus Christ is the only Son of God (Genesis 1:1. Matthew 28:19, John 10:30) and that He came to save His people from their sins (Matthew 1:21, 1 John 4:9-10), fully and forever accomplishing that work on the cross (1 Peter 2:24). And, that He (Jesus) did die on a cross and ROSE again to LIFE. (Romans 14:9) We believe that God sent the Comforter, His Holy Spirit to dwell within us all of the time, empowering us to seek and live holy lives. (John 14:16, 1 Thessalonians 4:7). We believe that we are called to GO and share the Gospel. It is the commission for the believer, the Christ-follower to go out into the whole world and share the love and hope of Jesus by preaching the Gospel to every living being. Mark 16:15, Matthew 28:19-20)
What we believe...
WE BELIEVE THE BIBLE IS THE INERRANT, FLAWLESS, PERFECT, ORDAINED, AND AUTHORITATIVE WORD OF GOD.
Every word of Scripture is living and active, breathed out by God, written and preserved by human writers, and inspired by the Holy Spirit (Hebrews 4:12, 2 Timothy 3:16-17,
2 Peter 1:21, Luke 16:17, John 3:16).
We believe the BIBLE IS A HISTORICAL RECORD.
The Old Testament records the creation of the world, the fall of man, the establishment of God’s covenant with Israel, and the promise and anticipation of a Savior (Genesis 2:4). The New Testament tells the true story of the life, death, and resurrection of that Savior, Jesus Christ, the birth of the Church, and the promise of Christ’s return (Matthew 1:1).
We believe THE BIBLE IS MEANT TO BE READ and hid in our hearts.
Every page, from cover to cover, is given that we might know God (Matthew 4:4).
