Or what about  marked by LOVE!  Wow!  For me, from cover to cover, clearly I see one thing more than any other and that is Christ love.  If we could only get beyond ourselves to truly love as Christ loves…  It is the underlying message throughout His word,  LOVE prevails and reveals ALL things.  

Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. 1John 4:8

Because God is love.  

Before we dive in to this series, I just want to have a clear idea of the word Radiant and it’s meaning in our lives.  I believe we all have a clear understanding of the world’s definition of RADIANT.  I see Christ and His love throughout the meaning and descriptive words written above.  To me, Christ is the Light and when we accept Him as our Savior, He {His light} dwells within each of us who choose to be Christ-followers.  Most “believe” in God, in Jesus Christ.  But His word tells us that we must take up our cross and FOLLOW Him.   “Take up your cross”  meaning, die to self, surrendering all. This doesn’t mean carry the burdens of this world, it means to give them all to Him.  To gain true LIFE, you must lose yours.  {Luke 9:24-25}  I must add here that if you have not given your life to God, I urge you to consider this now.  God desires you so that He sent His ONLY Son to set you free, to give you Life.  I hope over these 31 days, you will crave to know Him more, to need Christ like never before.  I hope that we learn and enjoy this journey of growing more intimate with Him.   His WORD is true and divinely written as a guide a handbook and proof of His love and His light.

God’s Holy WORD describes radiant as this…

~ When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”  John 8:12

~ This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no      darkness at all. 1John 1:5

~ There are those who rebel against the light, who do not know its ways or stay in its paths. Job 24:13

~ Those who look to him are radiant;  their faces are never covered with shame.  Psalms 34:5

~ You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.  You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.   Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.   In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.  Matthew 5:13-16

Read these verses, over and over…  write them down and together over the next 30 days we will dwell on His WORD.  God wants to move in a mighty way, I can feel it!  Please take the time to open your Bible, marking these scriptures and asking for His direction in your life.  He wants to show each of us something.  If we are obedient, intentional with our time, our prayers and this study…  He WILL  speak to each of us.  

I am so excited we are taking this path together.  I want to hear your thoughts…  I want to know what He is doing in your lives.  God will use this, our faithfullness, our intent and HE WILL shine His light on our path and others paths.
