I’ll be honest… I hated sweet potatoes.  I KNOW!  What was I thinking…  But now, ask me if I love sweet potatoes and I just might swoon at the thought of that plump little orange ball of goodness!  Seriously. I can’t get enough.  AND, they are super good for you!  They are high in vitamin B6, good source of vitamin C, vitamin D and then you’ve got all that iron, potassium and magnesium!  Good addition to any dish!

So, I am not quite sure the moment when I came to know the truth… BUT man!  I am so glad it happened! This recipe is super easy and amazingly AWESOME!  Give it a try, you can thank me later!  And just a thought… you might want to ditch old Morton and grab you something a little more healthier like a natural sea salt.  Table salt, along with so many other items found in our grocery stores, have been over processed…  Yep, even certain table salt has been refined, processed and bleached… stripping away so many of the minerals that are good for us!  So, consider trading out your table salt for something like  Celtic Sea Salt®, Light Grey, By The Grain & Salt Society, Coarse Ground, 1 lbor Himalania Fine Grain Himalayan Pink Salt Shaker, 6 Ounce.  And also, when it comes to cooking with essential oils, we ONLY use Young Living.  We trust their Seed to Seal process!
